Homologation criteria

To perform the application homologation, it must be ready. Tests are performed on the APP as a whole and not only on our API calls.
Homologation requests with Personal/Student account registrations (CPF) will not be accepted. Only requests with Professional account registration (CNPJ).
The application must be able to:
  • Renew the token only when it is about to expire or immediately after expiration
  • Respect the rate limit policies of each endpoint
  • Never finish separation or change items before starting separation
  • Never change items after separation completion
  • Always query order details after finishing separation to get the updated version
Order of operationsThe correct sequence is: Start separation → Edit items → Finish separation → Query updated order

How to schedule

To schedule your application homologation, access the tickets area and open a homologation request. Our team will contact you to schedule the process.
New attemptBefore scheduling homologation, make sure the application meets all listed requirements and that the items pointed out in the initial analysis have been corrected.

Preparation

Before starting, have at hand:
  • ID and name of your test store
  • Access to a stable internet service
  • Complete and functional application

Duration

At the scheduled time, an analyst from our team will perform remote access to follow each step of the tests. The process takes an average of 45 minutes.

Rescheduling

If your application is not approved, our team will record in the ticket the requirements that were not met and that must be adjusted.Once the corrections are completed, a new validation can be scheduled with the team.
